Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly payroll for employees

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws

Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries

Assist with year-end reporting and audits

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

2+ years of payroll experience

Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
