Payroll Coordinator
Location: Bristol, CT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, fully onsite

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Coordinator
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure accuracy in employee paychecks.
- Manage payroll-related deductions, including benefits, taxes, and garnishments.
- Collaborate with HR to track employee status changes and leave updates.
- Maintain payroll records and compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Use Excel for data tracking and reporting (basic formulas required).
What You’ll Bring as the Payroll Coordinator
- Proven payroll processing experience (2+ years preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
