Responsibilities:
- Prepare, import, process and review payroll data
- Create direct deposit files and distribute paychecks
- Maintain documentation and reports
- Provide great customer service to support operations
- Work alongside the Payroll team and other departments
Qualifications:
- Experience in UKG Pro highly preferred
- Must have understanding of payroll software and related computer applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-3 Years' hands on experience with payroll preferred.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) proficiency – Strong Excel skills a plus
- Advanced math skills and solid analytical abilities: calculate figures, amounts, and percentages, and apply concepts of mathematics relating to financial calculations
- Knowledge of payroll tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements preferred.
- Restaurant or hospitality experience and Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
