Thrive is growing rapidly and seeking a Payroll & Client Support Specialist to join our team.

Position Summary

This role ensures that all payroll-related activities for their assigned base of clients are conducted timely, accurately, and in compliance with State and Federal laws and individual client requirements.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Works closely with assigned client base to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
• Advises new clients on best practices
• Imports and audits time files
• Research and resolve client needs
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, agencies, and coworkers to ensure a best-in-market service experience
• Distribute client specific payroll reports
• Assist team members with overflow work
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PEO, Payroll industry and/or HRIS experience preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to develop and execute business processes and procedures
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically 
• Strong service orientation
• Must be able to operate at a fast pace and cope with change
