Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Specialist, where precision meets professionalism in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll for our diverse team using advanced software platforms including UltiPro, Kronos, and Workday.
- Meticulously calculate and input data such as hours worked, overtime, vacation accruals, and other payroll-related information.
- Ensure the integrity of timesheets, promptly addressing and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Efficiently prepare and distribute payment to employees via checks or direct deposit.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave balances, and other necessary payroll documentation.
- Support account reconciliations and handle journal entries related to payroll.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team to keep employee data consistent and accurate across systems.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Keep abreast of the latest payroll regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring our processes meet all legal standards.
- Offer support to the accounting department for various tasks as required, enhancing your skills and knowledge in corporate and general ledger accounting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in payroll administration with a strong understanding of payroll processes and best practices.
- Proficiency with payroll software such as UltiPro, Kronos, or Workday.
- A background in accounts payable is advantageous but not required.
- Exceptional detail orientation and precision in data handling.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication abilities, both oral and written.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

- Pay: $20.18 - $21.47 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with options for 8 or 10-hour shifts
