Job Responsibilities
As a Payroll Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
**Bilingual is a MUST – English/Spanish***
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
- Reviewing timecards for accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Supporting the Compensation Manager and Payroll Specialist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
No experience required—we are willing to train!
We’re looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. Ideal qualifications include:
- Bilingual is a MUST – English/Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in accounting or HR is a plus).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay
- $21+ (Based on experience)
- Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
