Payroll Clerk at West Coast Arborists, Inc.

West Coast Arborists, Inc. a union company and industry leader in tree maintenance, is hiring experienced Payroll Clerk to work at the corporate office in Anaheim.

Provide general assistance to West Coast Arborists by coordinating the payroll functions with emphasis in quality control.

WORK HOURS
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

SALARY RANGE
Salary range is $21.55- $23.00 per hour DOE.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education to include High School diploma with some college preferred. Must have strong organizational skills, computer literacy, communication, decision making, discretion, attention to detail and basic clerical aptitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills while maintaining confidentiality. Bilingual English/Spanish-plus. Payroll and LCP Tracker experience preferred.

• Quality Control
• Data Entry Proficient
• Assist payroll preparation and distribution
• Sort checks and prepare for FedEx delivery
• Address payroll related inquiries and requests from employees
• Analyze payroll inquiries/issues and provide appropriate resolutions
• Assist in maintaining, organizing and updating employe filing systems, including master files
• Filing and scanning
• Performs other clerical duties as directed/necessary

CERTIFICATION/LICENSES RECOMMENDED
• Valid Driver’s License
