About the Job
Seeking an experienced SAP ECP Business Analyst to support the Human Capital Management program, focusing on requirements gathering, testing, and defect resolution.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Ability to support testing of integrations to/from ECP
Proficiency in performing triage and analysis of issues
SQL skills to run queries and analyze data
Experience working with customers to resolve defects/issues
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with Jira
Experience with Agile Hive
Proficiency in using Confluence
Job Responsibilities:
Focus primarily on supporting the gathering of requirements and conducting rigorous testing phases
Assist developers in understanding and implementing necessary defect fixes
Leverage knowledge of SAP ECP and payroll systems to contribute significantly to project outcomes
Work closely with a dynamic team in the Human Capital Management (HCM) program implementation
Pay: 40-60

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
