Payroll Associate at KBW Financial

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a multi-entry company in Southern New Hampshire who is searching for a Payroll Associate. This is a permanent position that will be onsite 4 days a week.

The responsibilities for this position are as follows:

• Processing payroll using ADP and Workday
• Handling garnishments
• Reconciling timesheets
• Tracking vacation, sick time, etc.
• Posting and reconciling payroll to the GL

The requirements for this role are as follows:

• 2 years minimum of Payroll experience
• Experience in ADP and or Workday preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Comp: Up to $70k DOE
