Payroll Associate - Healthcare Plus

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Pilsen Branch. The Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our homecare aides, as well as providing training and support on timekeeping procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee timecards for homecare aides, including verifying hours worked, resolving discrepancies, and processing payroll following company policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to clock-ins and clock-outs, ensuring accurate recording of working hours.
• Provide training and support to homecare aides on how to effectively use the timekeeping system, including proper procedures for clocking in and out.
• Collaborate with case supervisors to verify timesheet submissions, as well as company policies regarding timekeeping and payroll.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to payroll processing and timekeeping activities.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide training and support to homecare aides on timekeeping procedures.
• Proficiency in Google applications particularly Google Sheets and email.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• VALID ID
• Signed social security card or birth certificate
• HS Diploma, GED, or transcripts.
