Payroll Assistant
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Payroll Assistants. This role requires excellent customer service skills and proficiency in tasks related to payroll processing and Excel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Process payroll on a biweekly schedule.
• Utilize Excel for formatting and data management.
• Review and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Notify payroll providers of changes and updates as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence required.
• Two years of experience in a related role preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including formatting and basic data manipulation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a healthcare setting.
