Job Details
Position Overview: The Payroll Analyst will administer time and attendance system to ensure correct & timely data for our manufacturing facilities in the region
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Oversees production entry into time and attendance system to ensure accurate calculations of pay, including incentive plans
- Reviews timecards for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinates with supervisors/managers for approvals to exceptions daily, maintaining an audit trail of changes and approvals
- Issues employee ID badges to new employees as they are onboarded
- Assists with employee set-ups on the time clocks
- Maintains a professional, confidential, and secure relationship in communications
- Prepares and distributes reports
- Assists with system upgrades and new site launches
- Performs other duties as they might be assigned
- Regular and predictable, full-time, on-site attendance during scheduled hours
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years analyst level payroll experience
- Bachelors Degree
- ADP Workforce Now
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Union & Collective Bargaining experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- eTime
- Kronos
- Weekly + Bi-Weekly Payroll
- 250+ employee Payroll
