This is a full time position out of our corporate office.
Complete Care Management is a leading provider of skilled nursing and assisted living services, operating over 80 facilities across seven states. Our mission is to deliver excellence in care and operations. We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team and ensure accurate and efficient payroll processes.
Position Overview: The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for analyzing payroll data, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting the payroll team in delivering accurate and timely payroll services. This in-person role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for multi-state employees.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operations teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist in preparing payroll reports and audits for internal and external stakeholders.
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of payroll software.
Provide training and support to team members on payroll processes and best practices.
Stay current on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in payroll processing or payroll analysis, preferably in a multi-state organization.
Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
