This is a full time position out of our corporate office.

Complete Care Management is a leading provider of skilled nursing and assisted living services, operating over 80 facilities across seven states. Our mission is to deliver excellence in care and operations. We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team and ensure accurate and efficient payroll processes.

Position Overview: The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for analyzing payroll data, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting the payroll team in delivering accurate and timely payroll services. This in-person role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for multi-state employees.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operations teams to resolve payroll-related issues.

• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Assist in preparing payroll reports and audits for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of payroll software.

• Provide training and support to team members on payroll processes and best practices.

• Stay current on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or payroll analysis, preferably in a multi-state organization.

• Proficiency in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
