Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Administer accurate and timely payroll processing
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal laws, including tax regulations and wage laws.
3. Prepare and maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, including timecards, timesheets, and checks.
4. Resolve any payroll-related issues, including wage garnishments and discrepancies.
5. Assist in accurate tracking of employee data, including rates, 401K contributions, and FMLA leave.
6. Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
7. Prepare month-end reports related to payroll for the General Ledger.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration
