Job Description- Process Bi-weekly payroll including payments to salaried and hourly employees
- Create specialized reporting for management
- Report on any payroll discrepancies
- Handle employees’ inquiries regarding payroll information
- Process new hires, terminations, salary increases etc. in the payroll system on a timely manner
- Process registrations with state/local municipalities as needed
- Assist HR/Benefit Operations team with other tasks as needed
- Process out of cycle payments for state mandated payments, terminations, etc
- Provide back-up support to other Payroll Administrators, as required
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years work experience, including payroll processing
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent excel skills
- Analytical skills and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of the state and federal payroll laws and regulations
- The ability to problem solve, and work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
