Description
The Payroll Administrator will be based in Nashville, TN. In this position, you will report to the Sr. Payroll Manager. Full-time onsite presence 4 days a week with Friday's from home optional. The role involves managing payroll processes, guaranteeing precision, and upholding regulatory compliance at all levels. You must have a minimum of 3 years’ Workday Payroll Processing experience and strong excel skills non-negotiable. Here is a glimpse of what you will do: Process bi-weekly payroll for employees located in USA using Workday payroll system, ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and assist in day-to-day payroll operations. Work with ADP Smart compliance to make sure the quarterly taxes are filed correctly Process Off-cycle payrolls as required for terminated employees Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Assist with year-end payroll process including reviewing and reconciling to ensure accuracy. Assist with international payroll Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll. Prepare payroll and audit reports as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with multi state payroll and payroll tax. Experience with Workday payroll is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Some experience working with payroll vendors for international payroll preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
