As a Product Analyst in Payments Cross Currency, you work closely with the Product team to provide insights and data to support a product within a function, such as an application, system, or discipline. Gain exposure in product management, product delivery, and product portfolio operations to help prepare you for a thriving career at JPMorgan Chase.
You will join a solutions team for the Americas focused on Latam, US & Canadian Financial Institutions to help accelerate growth of the regional and cross-regional Cross-Currency Payment P&L through a full range of sales activities. This includes being part of a team that jointly works with Onyx and JPMorgan's efforts to develop financial infrastructure on the blockchain.
Job responsibilities
+ Partners with the Product Manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements
+ Tracks and reports on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership
+ Supports the Product team by analyzing customer needs and market opportunities
+ Assists in research and data collection
+ Coordinate with Clearing Services Sales, JPMorgan Corporate Bankers and Investment Banking FX Sales for proactive and targeted client calling
+ Develop and present client relevant and thoughtful solution presentations
+ Coordinate with sales, product management and RFP team to coordinate RFP responses and pricing decisions
+ Provide continuous feedback to Product teams of emerging trends in the market and client needs for product evolution
+ Assist with pipeline management - target list development, execution from pre-sales to winning mandates and closing deals
+ Assist Financial Institutions customers with positioning of Payments Cross-Currency Payment products to their underlying customers
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in a relevant domain area or project management
+ Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
+ Emerging knowledge of the product development life cycle
+ Understanding of basic analytics tools
+ Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client facing skills
+ Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key internal partners - Sales, Product Management, Client Service, and Global Bankers
+ Fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ BA or BSc from a top-tier program or equivalent graduate level education
+ Appreciation / experience of FX Payments landscape
+ Fluent in Portuguese
