Candidates will need experience operating light to medium-duty equipment and should have worked jobs as part of crews, you will be a good fit. Mandatory requirements for this job: Be reliable - you can be relied on to show up to work and finish the job you're given Flexibility - You will need to be available late evenings or nights or weekends depending on job schedules Ready to drive up to 2 hours to go to job sites (mileage and gas reimbursements or company vehicles or pick-ups are available). A valid PA or OH driver's license and no issues with background checks. Ability to assist in lifting and moving heavy equipment What the job involves Performing a variety of different jobs at client sites: Parking lot line painting, Pavement surface maintenance - asphalt maintenance and repair through seal coating and crack filling, Specialty flooring, Interior safety marking, and Other parking lots services such as Power washing, sweeping, and installation of parking locks, speed bumps, and signs. All jobs are performed using specialized equipment such as line striping machines, asphalt repair machines, and so on, which are fairly easy to learn and operate. The jobs will be done for various businesses including shopping malls, garages, churches, and any business with pavement maintenance needs in the North Pittsburgh and North East Ohio regions.
