Job Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the asphalt maintenance division, ensuring that crews deliver high-quality results and meet deadlines. You will oversee services such as seal coating, crack filling, striping, and patchwork while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the asphalt maintenance division, including seal coating, crack filling, striping, and patchwork projects.
- Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines and ensure optimal crew utilization.
- Train, mentor, and manage maintenance crews to maintain high-quality standards and safety compliance.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper usage and care.
- Monitor project budgets, materials, and labor costs to ensure profitability.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience in asphalt maintenance operations (seal coating, crack filling, striping, patchwork, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and schedules.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
