Patient Services Representative from HumanHire

HumanHire has partnered with one of the largest healthcare practices in New York! We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their team in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Medical Receptionist Job Duties:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors warmly, providing directions and registering new patients accurately.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing necessary information.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and assist with insurance forms and billing inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, manage paperwork, and replenish supplies.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and test results.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and address any concerns or special needs.

Qualifications:

• **MUST BE VACCINATED**
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
