Compensation: $22/hour
Location: White Plains, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities as the Patient Services Coordinator:

Responsibilities as the Patient Services Coordinator:
- Appointment Management: Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to ensure efficient operations.
- Patient Interaction: Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and address related issues with accuracy.
- Data Entry: Enter and maintain accurate patient demographics in the electronic health records system.
- Chart Management: Pull, file, and manage medical charts in compliance with office policies.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required (additional training or certification in medical office administration preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Medical Office or Healthcare setting, with prior experience in patient-facing roles highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills (proficiency in medical office software is an asset).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification processes, and electronic health record systems is a plus.
