Responsibilities

Terros Health is hiring Arizona Licensed Clinicians for outpatient positions in Mesa, AZ. 

(Will consider experienced BHT Level Therapists with Experience)

Location:  Near US-60 / Stapley Drive

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Behavioral Health Experience Preferred, New Grads Considered

(Master’s degree, i.e., MA, MC, MSW, in a Behavioral Health Field)

Arizona Licensed: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in Good Standing

Competitive Compensation: 

BHT level therapists: $22.52-$27 - Depending on Years of Experience

(Signing Bonus $2K)

Associate Licensed: $57K-$69K - Depending on Years of Experience

(Signing Bonus $3K)

Independent Licensed: $70K-$90K - Depending on Years of Experience 

(Signing Bonus $5K)

Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL

Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals and Behavioral HealthTechnicians 3 or higher = $2/hour (Approximately $4160 Annually)

*New Hire Sign On Bonus: $2,000 if not licensed; up to $5,000 if licensed *

**Relocation Assistance Offered For Out Of State New Hires - $6500 within 30 days of hire**

Clinician Duties May Include:

• Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients.
• Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence-based practices.  
• Charts progress, maintains clinical records and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans.
• Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed.
• Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies.   
• Provides client-centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline, i.e. MA, MC, MSW, Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or eligible for Arizona license from Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. 
• Must pass background check in accordance with Terros Health and DCS requirements including, but not limited to, no restraining orders within the last 10 years.
• Must pass DCS Central Registry check without any disqualifying events. 
• Must have ability to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary and appropriate.
• Knowledge in use of Electronic Health Records - NextGen a plus.
• Experience working with diverse populations and bilingual desired (Spanish/ASL - pay differential available).

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
• Must pass a TB Test.
