Position: Patient Service Specialist - Float
Location: E Main St, Columbus, OH (Floating between clinics)
Type of Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Weekdays with varying hours, including evenings until 7pm
Compensation: Starting at $16/hr based on experience

As a Patient Service Specialist, you will enhance the patient experience at our outpatient physical therapy center by managing both patient interactions and business operations. Your role includes:

• Greeting and registering patients, providing visit information
• Scheduling appointments in person and via phone
• Communicating with attorneys, insurance companies, and operational leaders
• Collecting co-pays and managing insurance authorizations

Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: 1 year of front desk or healthcare experience
