- Schedule appointments, manage data entry, and process payments at the point of service.
- Educate patients about their benefits and assist with insurance verification and referrals.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including transportation coordination and filing.
- Maintain accurate patient data in our practice management system and uphold company policies.
