• Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and answer patient inquiries
• Organize and maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
• Process payments and issue receipts, ensuring accurate cash handling
• Digitize important documents for our electronic health records system
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments as needed
• Handle sales of cosmetic products and track inventory
• Ensure mail is correctly distributed to the appropriate departments or personnel

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Medical Office experience
• Proficiency with computer and computer software
