Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Summary: Oversee and perform all activities associated with outpatient registration and scheduling, while supporting front office staff.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate demographic and insurance intake for outpatients.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Assist with front office operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the computerized system.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
