Job Title: Patient Service Representative
Summary: Oversee and perform all activities associated with outpatient registration and scheduling, while supporting front office staff.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate demographic and insurance intake for outpatients.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently.
- Assist with front office operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the computerized system.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and data entry.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
