Do you have sales experience, understand people, and love helping others? Do you enjoy goal oriented, commission driven income and value the understanding of sales? Then we want you and your unique skills to join our reputable, knowledgeable, and well-respected team! We are looking for a sales rep to promote our in-office therapies and treatment protocols. The ideal candidate is friendly, has excellent relationship building skills, and is a great communicator and team player who can motivate patients to follow care plans. Must have excellent organizational and record-keeping skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare.

We seek to restore function and treat musculo-skeletal ailments with an emphasis on alternative treatment methods. Our clinic is committed to finding solutions that help our patients achieve their health and wellness goals. We seek to supplement the body’s healing mechanism with several evidence-based options, the latest advancements in regen medicine.
 
Duties:

• Connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomes

• Assist with initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patient

• Create and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling to patients based on Provider’s orders- explaining and selling treatment plans

• Provide and ensure completion of all patient paperwork 

• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan

• Ensure that all the patient’s needs are met, and care is consistent with the patient’s expressed desires

• Follow up calls to patients

• Advocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goals

• Assist in patient coordination and patient care plans

• Financials- accept payments for treatment care plans

• Effectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care plan

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and/or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows

Schedule:

•  ~30 hrs per week

Salary:

• $30 /hr plus Bonus compensation based on sales
