Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and implement patient safety systems and processes.

Monitor and analyze patient safety data.

Develop and implement improvement initiatives to prevent errors.

Conduct safety training for staff and investigate incidents.

Create a culture of safety within the hospital.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.

Five years of experience in an acute care hospital.

California Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.

Preferred:

Master's Degree and Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS).

Two years of patient safety experience.
