Bilingual Spanish a plus

Monday- Friday 40 hours

$16+hr to start

Front office duties to include patient check in, answer phones, collecting payments. Minimum 1 year front office experience.

Experience with high volume medical offices preferred.

Responsible for:

• Oversee patient intake process from front window to clinical staff
• Obtain updated patient information
• Answer phones
• Schedule appts.
• Maintain schedule change logs/ reschedule patients
• Assist with: Filing > faxes>Chart prep
