Sigma Inc. is currently looking for Patient Financial Representative Senior to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.

Shift Schedule : M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM, 8 hours/day.

Summary:

This position is a back up for business office functions, providing work coverage for the various operational work units in the RCBS organization.
This includes billing, collections, reimbursement validation, cash posting, mail handling, scanning, sorting, assembly, copying, faxing, and data entry functions.
In addition, this position provides training to Associates on RCBS processes as required by the Manager to support new and existing Associates. Responsibilities
Provides back up coverage and support for various positions within RCBS as assigned by the manager
Provides coaching and mentoring for associates on transactional processes assigned by the manager

Requirements :

HS Diploma or equivalency required.
Post HS education preferred.
Prefer minimum of 2 years' experience with insurance billing, collections, payment, and reimbursement verification and/or refunds
Professional and effective written and verbal communication required.
Provides back up coverage and support for various positions within RCBS as assigned by the manager Orientation billable at 70% of the bill rate up to the first 36 hours
Experience working within a multi-facility hospital business office environment preferred.
College education, previous Insurance Company claims experience and/or health care billing trade school education may be considered in lieu of formal hospital experience.
Experience working with inpatient and outpatient billing requirements of UB-04 and HCFA 1500 billing forms preferred.
