PAY & PERKS

Our practice proudly provides a competitive hourly wage between, $17 - $22. Additionally, this customer service role receives great benefits such as 8 paid holidays, 40 hours of PTO (after one year of employment), unlimited unpaid time off, group discounts for health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), 50% gym membership reimbursement, and free chiropractic care for employees and their family members.

Monday: 8:00 - 1:00, 2:40 - 7:00

Tuesday: 1:00 - 7:00

Wednesday: 7:30 - 12:00, 2:40 - 6:00

Thursday 7:30 - 12:00, 2:40 - 7:00

As a Patient Experience Specialist - Office Flow Coordinator at our chiropractic practice, your day starts with a warm greeting to each patient as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. You assist with check-ins and guide them through their visit, maintaining an efficient office flow. Throughout the day, you share inspiring chiropractic success stories and promote our internal promotions, enhancing patient engagement and education. Your primary goal is to ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, world-class experience from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave, feeling valued and cared for.

• High school diploma
• High energy and outgoing personality
• Ability to stand and walk around for hours at a time
• Excellent teaching skills with a comfortability in sharing chiropractic healing stories
• High level of awareness
