About the Job
Mon-Friday Pay is up to $22.00hr plus benefits
Must have Dentrix or Eaglesoft exp
Dental Patient Coordinator:
Work under the general direction of the Front Office Manager/ Administrator
Admit patients
Answer and direct all incoming calls
Create a welcoming environment that puts patients at ease and introduces them to our office that offers a world class experience
Process timely and accurate billing of claims per guidelines and policies
Positive Attitude Please as we are all in this together.
Review and correct claims for errors identified pre and post submission of the claim
Identify research and resolve differences in payment versus expected payment and non-payment
Be familiar with procedure codes
Assist dental assistants when necessary
Work with patients for financing and fee processing
Please Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Dental experience Preferred
Previous experience working patient admissions
Employment Type: Full-Time
