We love what we do and it shows.Innovation, experience, convenience, friendliness, and proven results; with nine locations around Montana, the Lone Peak Physical Therapy crew is here and ready to help our patients move better, feel better, and live better.Responsibilities:Essential Job Functions for the Patient Coordinator: Patient Coordinators work closely with our clinic therapists and Patient Services team to support our patients and clients throughout their rehab journey and ensure the clinics and records are organized, clean, and are working through efficient processes.- Create positive first impressions with all patients/customers by phone, in-person, email, etc.- Display outstanding service to all internal and external customers- Schedule patient appointments using established systems, while updating and maintaining patient files- Manages insurance verification, authorization and prescriptions for patients- Perform data entry of protected health information- Verify patient insurance benefits- Communicate effectively with clinic and billing staff regarding patient matters and with referring providers and their office staff- Clinic duties including cleaning, organizing, laundry, supply ordering, and sort/distrbuting mailQualifications:Qualifications for Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) Position:- High School Diploma or GED required- Experience in customer service or as a Medical Receptionist preferred- Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment- Skill in answering a multi-line telephone system in a pleasant and helpful manner- Must be well organized and detail-orientedAmazing Patient Coordinators Apply Now!
