Job Title: Imaging Services Reading Room Coordinator
SHIFT
This would be evening shifts M-F (5PM-7AM) and Weekends (24 hours).
A combination of staff who will perform 3 x12 hrs and 4 x10 hrs who will stagger to provide coverage (still working out the start/end times).
A monthly schedule will be provided for the rotation.
This need is a new venture/business model as an after hour service for a Keck clinic. The ideal candidate would be local however the clinic is willing to consider candidates who are REMOTE if interested in the shift and have flexibility as weekends is a requirement. This is a \'temp to hire\' position for the right candidate. Keck will consider candidates who sit in different time zones if they are truly a fit and can support PST hours and SHINE! Background in healthcare customer service is a plus but not a hard requirement.
The role is a Customer Service driven role that requires managing a high volume of calls from Supervisors Physicians, responding to messages and being an \'operator/air traffic controller\' supporting the Radiologists at NIGHT.

4. Influenza for Current Flu Season: Flu shot is ONLY good for the season which is 11/1 through 4/30.
If they start on May 1st, they don\'t need the vaccine until next Fall. It is recommended for Workers to wait and get the vaccine AFTER Sept 1st. The facility accepts a signed personal/medical exemption.
5. COVID Vaccinations
