We’re now hiring a Patient Compliance Coordinator at Carolina’s Hometown Respiratory in Concord, NC!
The Patient Compliance Coordinator role will be managing patient compliance data, providing encouragement to patients, answer patient questions and refers clinical concerns to the Respiratory therapist.

Typical day in the life as a Patient Compliance Coordinator:
- Performs downloads of PAP users’ equipment
- Achieve company patient compliance goal as set by management team.
- Maintains logs of compliant and non-compliant PAP users to direct necessary action of clinical staff.
- Utilizes data management systems to store, retrieve and prompt procurement of PAP users’ data.
- Compiles PAP users’ data for billing purposes
- Implements the Company Mission Statement.
- Interacts with customers in person, via phone, mail, email and fax.
- Performs advanced file maintenance in customer’s records and information databases.
- Schedules deliveries, pick-ups, discontinuances, maintenances, or service calls.
- Educates referral sources on required documentation for coverage of ordered equipment and services.
- Speaks with dissatisfied customers and coordinates the correction of the complaint and ensures service recovery. Recommends corrective services to adjust customer complaints.
- Communicates with referral offices and Account Executives on PAP users’ status’ and required documentation.
- Contacts customers to arrange delivery of settings-change media, oximeters and supplies, and retrieval of data media.
- Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- Orders and maintains supplies.
- Performs any additional Duties and Responsibilities assigned by the: Lead Clinical Assistant, Lead Respiratory Therapist, COO
What are we looking for?
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
