Carolina’s Hometown Respiratory is currently seeking a full-time Patient Compliance Coordinator for our Concord, North Carolina location. In this role, you will be managing patient compliance data, providing encouragement to patients, answer patient questions and refers clinical concerns to the Respiratory therapist.

• Pay: Starting at $14-$16 per hour, offer dependent on experience 

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8 AM – 5 PM

The right candidate will have:

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in an office, medical office is a plus
• Clean drug screen and background check

Our Patient Compliance Coordinator will:

• Utilize data management systems to store, retrieve and prompt procurement of PAP users’ data
• Achieve company patient compliance goal as set by management team
• Interacts with customers in person, via phone, mail, email and fax
• Perform advanced file maintenance in customer’s records and information databases
• Schedule deliveries, pick-ups, discontinuances, maintenances, or service calls
• Educate referral sources on required documentation for coverage of ordered equipment and services
• Speak with dissatisfied customers and coordinate the correction of the complaint and ensures service recovery. Recommend corrective services to adjust customer complaints.
• Communicate with referral offices and Account Executives on PAP users’ status’ and required documentation
• Contact customers to arrange delivery of settings-change media, oximeters and supplies, and retrieval of data media
• Conduct research, and compile and type statistical reports
• Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials
• Orders and maintains supplies
