About the Job
Patient Care Coordinators provide exceptional service by welcoming patients and managing check-in and checkout processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients, customers, and vendors warmly.
- Handling telephone inquiries professionally.
- Scheduling appointments and gathering patient and insurance information.
- Verifying and entering patient demographics and insurance details into EMR.
- Preparing insurance claims and ensuring billing accuracy.
- Collecting payments and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
