The UW Medical Center Roosevelt Women's Health Center has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor (Full-Time Days) .
WORK SCHEDULE
+ Monday- Friday
+ 0800-1630 or 0830-1700 POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
+ Convenient locations
+ Close proximity to public transportation RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Coordination and monitoring of staff, scheduling systems, payroll and timekeeping systems, educational tracking systems and other systems that support the Nurse Manager
+ Customer service to patients, staff and medical team members
+ Interviewing and recommending the selection of candidates
+ Ordering of unit supplies, equipment and facilities management
+ Take a proactive role in efficient operations of the unit
+ Responsible for the overall leadership and supervision of the Patient Services Specialist and other assigned staff
+ Managing, collecting and reporting of unit data QUALIFICATIONS
+ A Bachelor’s Degree in a medically related or public relations field AND
+ One year experience in a healthcare setting which includes lead responsibility OR
