Laser Dentistry for Children in Flushing, NY

Pediatric Dentistry of Valley Stream in Valley Stream, NY

This administrative position earns $20.00 - $24.00/hour, depending on experience. We also offer medical insurance, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), a 401(k) plan, paid time off (PTO), Aflac, and more.

Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Receptionist Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• must speak Spanish
• Must have dental experience
• One year of experience in the healthcare field
• Experience with electronic health records, insurance websites, and digital patient communications solutions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Specific dental practice experience and Dentrix practice management software experience
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex items in simple terms.
• You effectively manage your time and prioritize multiple tasks.
• You are self-motivated with the initiative to deliver results for daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• You have a positive, can-do attitude, able to conduct yourself with a high degree of professionalism.

Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Receptionist Work Schedule:

This full-time healthcare administrative customer service position typically works during our dentists' and orthodontists' hours Monday thru Thursday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, but hours vary. Occasional Saturday or Sunday 9-1 p.m.
