Schedule- Mon-Thursday 7am-4pm

Summary
Seeking a friendly, compassionate, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator. This position will complete front desk operations, welcome patients and families for their appointments, ensure accurate check-in processes, and assist schedule coordination. This role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist front desk receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, welcoming patients, and maintaining an organized clinic location.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
- Ensure timely appointment schedules by notifying healthcare providers when patients arrive.
- Maintain accurate patient records by updating information and scanning documents into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
- Collect payments from patients.
- Assist in office supply inventory: checking, ordering, and stocking supplies.
- Operate in a patient confidential -HIPAA- small team clinic environment.
- 2+ years of experience working in a Front-Office/ receptionist or similar customer service role in a healthcare setting.
- Passionate to thrive in a small clinic care team role.
- Effective communication skills and friendly personality.
- Experience with EMR systems.
- Medical billing and coding experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
- Exceptional customer service skills
