About the Job
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated PCA/CNA to join our team at MANA Family Medicine HarBer, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am -noon.
The Key Responsibilities for this position are as follows;
Direct patients to exam rooms and ensure they are comfortable and prepared for their appointments; Obtain vital signs accurately and record them in our electronic health record (EHR) system,and ensure all medications are up to date. Assist nurses and physicians as directed, providing support and maintaining a smooth workflow; Perform rapid lab tests including urinalysis, strep/flu swabs, COVID rapid swabs.
Must be willing to work independently and as a team in a high pace clinic setting while offering great patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Take vital signs, direct patients to proper exam/treatment room, and ensure all medications are up to date. Prepare patients for examinations and other procedures
- Assist physician with procedures as directed
- Make sure Meaningful Use requirements are addressed and met as appropriately delegated to the check in process
- Review daily schedules to ensure productive clinic flow; monitor charge tickets to reflect updates in insurance, patient demographics, etc.
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months related experience and/or training preferred
