Cash Poster at Rezult Technology

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Cash Poster to fill an immediate permanent need with an exceptional client based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee—operating on a mostly REMOTE schedule (onsite to train and then 1 to 2 times a month).

 Job responsibilities include:

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of all accounts receivable payments
• Manage adjustment transactions and balance amounts to deposits
• Record contractual adjustments, denials, and payment reversals from remittance correspondence
• Review documentation for accurate payment and adjustment postings
• Conduct research to identify and post unidentified cash and correct posting errors and discrepancies
• Maintain payment posting for secondary claims
• Run ACH and credit card transactions bi-monthly and post to accounts
• Submit monthly collections reports
• Resolve missing ERNs or checks for accurate reconciliation
• Ensure accurate posting for accounts
• Balance all deposits daily

We are currently speaking with candidates who have:

• 3(+) years of cash posting—preferably in infusion centers, hospitals, or physician offices
• Team lead or supervisory experience a PLUS
• Excel experience—data entry, filter and sort
• Ability to work autonomously from home
