- To provide customer service, education, and support to patients/families in need of hospice support.
Qualifications:
A. Education/Regulatory Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
B. Skills:
- 2-3 years of Medical Marketing/Sale experience, preferably in a Hospice or Home Care environment.
- Knowledge of Medicare, HCFA and state regulations.
- Organized, flexible, self motivated with ability to relate to all levels of the professional medical team.
- Works well with supervision and staff as a team player.
C. Professional Requirements:
o Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
