Patient Account Representative’s Responsibilities
- Someone that can assist in our Liens area that can handle a large volume in billing records request
- Handle subpoenas and affidavits.
- Answering questions for billing records request
Patient Account Representative’s Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- Looking for someone with attorney office background such as clerical, or working with a billing records company, or strong customer service (We can teach someone that’s eager learn and dependable.)
- EMR: Epic experience and Adobe Pro are a strong plus
