Job Description:
As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in the patient experience by facilitating smooth registration processes and verifying insurance information. You will work alongside healthcare professionals to ensure all necessary patient information is accurate and updated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient registration.
- Perform insurance verification and ensure patient records are accurate.
- Provide top-notch customer service to patients, staff, and providers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Epic software is a plus, though not required.
Additional Details:
- Start Date: As early as 12/30
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Contract-to-Hire (CTH) position
