Theywill provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions whileensuring a positive customer service experience.Job Responsibilities:Act a liaisonbetween , the customer base and patients.Resolve routine customer requests withproducts or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet.Speak withcustomers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocolprocedures.Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements andunderstanding of the solution.Provide additional customer education andinformation as needed.Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting \'sproducts and services.Work in multiple databases to research complex issues andquestions.Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner.Reviewtest forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies.Perform administrativesupport for medical re
