About the Job
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have solid experience as a Patent Attorney (additional experience as a Patent Agent is a plus) with significant experience preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications for software including operating systems, middleware software, directory servers, network management, virtualization and cloud computing. The Patent Attorney must have a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with work experience as a software developer, excellent academic credentials, and must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
