We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BSEE or BSCE Patent Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position will play a pivotal role in protecting the company's intellectual property rights. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse and constantly evolving portfolio of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property. This role requires a deep understanding of patent law, intellectual property strategy, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage, protect, and grow the company's intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
2. Conduct thorough patent analyses and provide strategic advice on patentability, infringement, validity, and enforceability.
3. Prepare and prosecute patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
4. Handle IP transactions such as licensing, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
5. Represent the company in patent litigations and other IP disputes.
6. Collaborate with the research and development teams to identify patentable inventions.
7. Advise on the intellectual property aspects of contracts and agreements.
8. Conduct intellectual property due diligence for business transactions.
9. Provide training to company personnel on intellectual property matters.
10. Stay updated on the latest developments in patent law and intellectual property strategy.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office with ITAR compliance.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a patent attorney with a BSEE and experience in wireless technologies.
4. Extensive experience in patent prosecution, IP transactions, and patent litigation.
5. Proficient in conducting patent analyses and developing IP strategies.
6. Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
7. Excellent legal research skills.
8. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
9. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
12. Proficiency in using patent databases and other legal research tools.
13. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
