Job Title: Patent Associate/Patent Agent

Location: Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a Patent Associate or Patent Agent specializing in Product Design & User Interface. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law and experience in design patents.

• Conduct patentability assessments and prior art searches
• Draft and file patent applications related to product design and UI
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to capture innovative concepts
• Assist in patent prosecution and office action responses
• Stay updated on industry trends and patent law changes

Qualifications: A degree in engineering, design, or related field; registration with the USPTO preferred.
