Patent Agent - Comp Sci/EE Engineering - NYC - NxT Level

Our client is looking for a Patent Agent or Patent Prosecution Associate to join their Patent Prosecution & Litigation Division. This role is fully remote and working with multiple offices to support Computer Science and Electrical Engineering Patents with a strong preference for candidates focused on networking, software, 3G/4G/5G wireless networks, and similar patents. 

Minimum Requirements for the position:

• 2-6 years of experience with the most recent experience in a law firm environment.
• Education and background in computer science, electrical engineer, or something similar.
• Admitted to the USPTO

Compensation:

• Associate role is $205,000-$305,000.
• Patent Agent role is $99,600-$145,800
